User Content Ownership

You own what you write. You own what you rewrite. RewriteAIForMe takes only the limited rights it genuinely needs to run the service for you.

Ownership stays with you

RewriteAIForMe claims no ownership of the content you submit or the rewrites we generate from that content. Your drafts, edits, voice profiles, and saved rewrites belong to you, subject to any third-party rights in the underlying material.

The limited operating licence

To run the service, we need a narrow, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit, display, and back up your content — and to pass it to model providers for the duration of a rewrite request. This licence exists solely to make the product work for you. It ends when you delete the content, except where retention is necessary for legal or backup-rollover reasons described in our Security & Privacy Practices.

We do not train on your content

Content you submit is not used to train our models or any third-party model. Model providers we work with operate under zero-retention terms for content forwarded through the service.

Export and deletion

You can export rewrites from your history. You can delete rewrites individually, and you can delete your account from settings. Deletion removes content from active systems within thirty days; backups roll off on their own schedule and are not used to revive deleted content.
