Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your password safe; tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, fraudulent, or designed to deceive — including academic dishonesty in violation of your institution's policies, or impersonation of real people without consent. Don't attempt to extract model weights, reverse-engineer the service, or run automated traffic that degrades it for others.

Your content

You own everything you submit and everything we return. You grant us a limited license to process your content only as needed to deliver the rewrite back to you. We do not use your content to train AI models. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't issue partial refunds for unused time on monthly plans; annual plans are pro-rated on request within 30 days.

Free plan limits

Free accounts include a fixed number of rewrites per month, reset at the start of each calendar month. We may adjust these limits over time; existing users get reasonable notice of material changes.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we don't promise uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance is announced where possible.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable-use rules above.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranty that rewrites will be suitable for any particular purpose, and you remain responsible for reviewing what you publish. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

If we make material changes, we'll notify active users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RewriteAIForMe is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
