Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is"

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RewriteAIForMe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

No liability for AI outputs and writing decisions

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relationale LLC, Keiron Brown, RewriteAIForMe.com, and our employees, contractors, contributors, licensors, affiliates, technology providers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Protected Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunity, or reputation — arising from or relating to:

• AI-generated outputs produced through the service;
• rewritten content, edits, and editorial suggestions;
• writing, publication, submission, or sending decisions you make using the service;
• educational and informational materials we publish;
• service interruptions, errors, or delays;
• third-party content, models, or services accessed through or integrated with the service.

Aggregate cap

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the Protected Parties for any and all claims arising from or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to RewriteAIForMe for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars.

Carve-outs

Nothing in this page excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law — including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

Allocation of risk

The disclaimers and limits in this page are a fundamental basis of the bargain between you and the Protected Parties. They allow us to offer the service on the terms we do. They apply even if a stated remedy is found to have failed its essential purpose.
