Acceptable Use Policy
A short list of the uses we welcome, the uses we forbid, and the consequences for crossing the line.
Welcome uses
- Improving your own writing — emails, essays, posts, drafts, documents — for clarity, tone, and structure.
- Editing client work where you have the right to process it.
- Teaching and learning the craft of clear writing.
- Building voice profiles, style libraries, and editorial workflows for your team.
Forbidden uses
- Anything described in our Content Moderation Policy.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise attempting to extract underlying models or training data.
- Re-selling raw rewrites as an undisclosed white-label service that misrepresents the source.
- Automated abuse of the platform — credential stuffing, mass-account creation, denial-of-service activity.
- Using the service to violate the law, the rights of others, or the terms of any third-party platform on which you intend to publish.
Enforcement
We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. For severe or repeated violations — particularly those that put others at risk — we reserve the right to act without prior notice and to cooperate with law enforcement where required.
